Raising cross hair in 45 x leupold ???

Eddie/ thanks for your response. At age 66, my tired eyes have trouble seeing that last flat/tail down 170 yards. With my 36x and setting the last flag just under the legal limit, I can see it (keeping both eyes open) and find that this helps me. "Clearly", with the 45 X that arrived yesterday...

Raising cross hair in 45 x leupold ???

I read in Mike Ratigan's book that some shooters had their cross hair raised 7 MOA. This enabled the shooter to keep the cross hair on the record target in the top 1/4th of the scope image while being able to see the last wind flag/tail in the bottom 1/4th of the scope image. How satisfied were...

    Wanted- 10 inch daisy wheels

Artline went out of business about 1 1/2 years ago. The other plastic wheels by "Garden Plast" are $10 each when you add in shipping. The 3 blade flexible spinners have no weight to them and would require additional weights added up front to balance off the flag itself. 10 inchers don't obscure...

    Nodes for H322 ??

Gents/ thanks for the suggestions. I know one shooter who uses H322 exclusively in temps down to 20 degrees,. He only switches to VV133 when the temps get to 60 degrees. Says he doesn't like the higher pressures he gets with 322 as temps go up; but he was shooting 29.2 grains this winter....Wish...

    Word of warning

I have a friend who was USA team capt at eh World's in SA about 5 years ago..He said he had preloaded his for the 1,000. Got there for practice & had a bunch of duds with Fed 210M. His view is that the only difference with the Gold Match is the seniority of the inspector at the end of the...
