Gary, If you are using it with a magazine the best bet is to make up some dummy rounds with the bullets you want to use so they fit in the mag...them send them off to your gunsmith and let him throat it to suit.

Bobby, That's the other problem...CZ don't sell barrels...I thought you already had a barrel to fit...You can get them out without damaging them if you have the right gear...I use a heavy duty barrel vise on the barrel and a benchrest barrel vise made of aluminium with Vees cut in it to go over...

RCE1, I have a cone bolt on my Rem 700 Hunterclass rifle...it has the Mike Bryant magazine conversion to feed 6mmbr cartridges...before I re-chambered to 6mmbr from 6ppc it feed without any problems and still does now it's a BR. Steve

Cz Bobby, I don't think you will have a problem fitting a CZ barrel to another CZ...I have just replaced a CZ452 barrel with a BRNO Model 2 barrel...they are all machined the same...the major problem is getting the old one out...most of the ones I've seen and heard of have had to be parted...

paulie, Since I made a new joystick and knob out of S/S on my Seb I haven't had to adjust my rest for over 12 months...it has made the movement so much smoother...doesn't matter if it has a Light or Heavy sitting on it. Cheers Steve

Lee, Most of the times that I got hit by my scope was because I was leaning into the rifle...you need to position yourself when you're at the bench so you are sitting upright not craning toward your scope...don't buy a scope booster or you will be smacked more often...they cut down the eye...

barrels I mainly shoot Kriegers (3) and a Hart in my Bat and Maddco's in my Stolle...the Maddco's are a world class barrel and of the 7 that I've shot in the last 5 years they all have been very accurate barrels. Steve

Why not get someone to stick the barrel in a lathe and just polish the chamber with some 400 wet & dry...I have had the odd barrel with a ring or two that polished out nicely...You have nothing to lose. Steve
