Yep it will Yes it will hold up - I have a hunter rifle that shoots very well with this round. Mine has a 35 deg shoulder though to get to 45gn water cap. I have a 6mm version on order as well. Jerry

OK - so I will add that to the list of cleaning after every match. I just needed more volume of gas to cycle the action properly.

While one could use that arugument it is left up to the Ref's judgement as to what the rule means. Besides turning it off doesn't help that much anyway but a good trigger - now that's a differnet story.

MHO is that it must use the gas system to eject the case. However, I believe that the rule was to keep out the TUBE guns that look like AR's but aren't. Jerry

Pete, This artical has the RIM at .473 which is wrong - its .492 won't fit 308 bolt face and must be turned down. Also it list it as having a large primer which is also wrong - it hase a small primer. Jerry :eek::D
