It boils down to how much money you intend to spend on Benchrest shooting. Doesn't matter how much money you have available but rather how much you intend to spend. It takes quite a bit of money to stay competitive while not so much just to shoot bullets through a piece of paper.

I didn't find those things searching but rather I get an email every 5 minutes from Grizzly telling me I should buy something....every two minutes if I click on an item. I turned registration back on for a fellow to register so Y'all shoot me an email when you see a spammer...Rooshian or not!

I was once "the bigger the better" kind of guy...but haven't been that guy for as long as I can remember. That's really about two hours on a good day but those big boomers are a genuine trip. Glad you found something that would shoot OK and I hope for your sake that it doesn't fail someday...

It's not easy to do that with the very best of rifles. 1000 yards almost always offers a little wind and in my opinion that's what will cost you the 2 bucks. Just say you don't think you can do it and pay the bet.
