Cooper.......It sounds to me like you are shooting what you think is a clean (bore) rifle, but it is not as clean as you are thinking. Some times you have to give the barrel a good cleaning with Iosso or JB. What you are doing is cleaning some of it out but not all, so it will foul out sooner...
