The Swindlehurst guide fits my 2500X action just fine. It's not too loose and it keeps the rod a little more centered. I really like the action so far and I'm enjoying shooting it.

FYI, the Sinclair Swindlehurst guide diameter is 0.695". I plan to put a notch in mine for the bolt stop as Jerry mentioned.

I hope to get mine back from TM any day now. It's a 2500X with a Rock Creek, Harrell tuner and a Jewel. We put the barreled action into a stock from another rifle and shot a 2350 on a PSL target. This was done with absolutely no tuning. I'm hoping it shoots better when it's tuned and bedded...

We start our local matches at 6:30 during the summer. There's usually plenty of light. We have flood lights on our range for winter and low light shooting.

I use a cheap plastic box from Wal-Mart. It also holds my targets.
