Need Help/Suggestions for T36 Mounting

I have an H&R Model 12 with Viani base. I want to put a Weaver T36 on it. I haven't competed yet and not sure if I will. My first venture into the world of scopes, etc. Do I want a one piece mount for the T36 or the Burris Zee rings that I read about? Any advice would be appreciated.
