    That's not what I meant. I think James uses the .262 neck. I can see that .257 May be right for .263. Maybe Jack will weigh in. I know Jack promotes fairly heavy neck tension.     Keyholeing Problem with Remington 22-250

    I shoot both the mentioned bullets in a 22-250 Rem. (factory 14 tw.) with no problems. What kind of velocity are you shooting? Round count? Toast barrels keyhole.

    They're fairly standard. I think the post size is whats important. If I recall, it's 3/4 inch. Quick check with your caliper should tell you plenty. DW

    Yes, I need a .250 Bushing. (.252 loaded round) I have carbide bushings for my 6PPC and it's kind of hard to go back. I may end up with one of your .248's but I really need a .250 Thanks, DW
