Enco has a 13x40 for $2500 http://www.use-enco.com/CGI/INSRIT?PMAKA=510-2585&PMPXNO=9033435&PARTPG=INLMK32....does anyone own one of these and how do they compare to a Grizzly? Also the Harbor Freight looks a lot like the Grizzly 4003g....I would think it would need headstock bearings though...

Mid range 6br powders and bullets?

I have a 34" Broughton 1in8 in 6BR, I use 8208XBR with 108 Bergers and 107 Sierras and it works great for me. I am getting 3075 fps and 1/4" groups at 100 with the 107s and 2975 fps 1/4" with the 108s. I am using 31gr with the 108s and 31.5 with the 107s(both are hot loads so I would recomend...

    Benchrest gunsmiths ??

Im pretty sure you are talking about "Dialing in" vs. "between centers" styles of chambering. As I understand it, setting up "between centers" just uses the headstock and a dead center

    Pitting on Bolt face

Im pretty sure this is from a primer blow around I had a little while back. I put some JB bore paste on a q-tip and I was able to get the edges off the little craters. I was wondering if this would have an impact on accuracy and the best way to fix it, the craters appear to be at least a couple...

    1 in 15 twist for a 6PPC

At the nationals I watched a shooter keep up with the railguns shooting a bag gun, his barrel was a 1 in 15 twist. I also read in Tony's book that one of the best barrels he ever had was a 1 in 15. This definately peaked my interest but there's not much info on the internet. I was wondering how...

Lines in chamber...Chatter or Hardened spot??

I recently cut a 6ppc chamber, screwed it on and shot it only to find that my brass had lines on the neck, the shoulder and part of the body close to the shoulder. The lines look just like the reamer going verticle, and were bad enough on the neck that it wouldnt seal and carbon went all the way...
