Not much hasn't been tried over the years.. 300 WSM, 6br variant, maybe a 6.5x47 are the most used now. Probably a good reason for that.

No at 100 yds. i figure if it don't move at any distance then that's good. This is with 2 scopes mounted together aimed at the same point. one must be a known good scope.

If you use a Hood scope checker doesn't make a difference if you hit the target or not.

I have the exact truck but 2 wheel drive. I really like my truck too. Gas mileage is great until I hook my camper to it. 10 mpg then. You need to invite us all to a backyard barbecue so we have an exact address for the next riddle!!!
