First, most shoooters don’t know what their CHAMBER neck actually measures.
I know some top winners who have 0.004” neck clearance, other top winners load for 0.0015 clearance.
Measure your loaded CARTRIDGE neck with the bullet seated.
The important consideration is that the loaded rounds measure the SAME.
CONSISTANT neck tension is very important.
