Is Redding making carbide bushings?

I know the 1000 yard guys use 20 MOA scope bases. What if any should I use at 600? Actually it is a live varmint rifle shooting from 250 -600 with NF NXS 12-42 I think there is plenty of elevation available, just wondering if a 10 MOA base is something I should be looking at?
