Thanks James. The river started receding a couple of days ago. Had 3' to spare. That house went on the market last Friday. We moved 2 weeks ago today into our new home. A mile up the road and 60' higher in elevation.

understand that the shoulder cannot "blow forward" unless the headspace is so incredibly overboard that the extractor manages to hold and stop some of it......

The usual way is to open up the neck (Sinclair has the dies and parts) and then set up a false partial shoulder by sizing the neck back down for part of its length.
