Ok guys it's time to start sending in entry fees for the Triple Crown Match.

Deadline for payments will be March 31st 2015

If you are on the list and won't be attending or know of someone who won't be attending, please let me know ASAP so I can insert the next guy on the waiting list

When we receive your payments I will mark them Paid so if you have paid and don't see it marked next to your name please get ahold of me so we can figure it out.

Will you please post a list of Motels sometime before the match.
 
Greg: Bristol is a NASCAR town. They have far more Motels than most areas of their size. Low end to high end.

The range is a few miles west of VA exit 1. Exits 1, 3, 5 and 7 all have motels and eating establishments close. You can go a bit further south, cross the border into TN and have plenty to choose from there too. Exit 7 is maybe a 15 minute drive to the range. They are building a huge Cabelas on I think exit 3....not sure if it will be open by May....

I usually stay at The Quality at exit 7.....it became a "Quality" one year ago, used to be a Microtel. There are maybe 5 motels within a mile of exit 7 so plenty to pick from. There is a brand new 170 room high rise hotel in the parking lot of the Cracker Barrel at exit 7...It is a Courtyard by Marriott at 3169 Linden Dr., I'm going to check it out soon. Last time I was down that way they were putting the finishing touches on it. bob

There's a cheaper motel on 1209 West State Street, Bristol, VA....I think it's called "Budget Host". I found a listing at $55 but I believe you could argue them down a little. It's not a great motel but come Monday you'll be glad you picked it. It's warm, somewhat clean, and cheap.....this from several years back.
