Trigger Tech Diamond model in BR??

Is there anyone using (or even tried) one of these triggers for group, score, UBR? Just curious as to how it turned out or why they're not used. WD

I have not

I would have to modify my stocks for the safety lever. I don't see a Rem clone without a safety, although they say the safety is removable. So guess that would solve the problem.

Upon investigation..

It can be removed, and can be ordered without a safety lever. WD

Any trigger that will reliably release the cocking piece with no more than 1.5 to 2 ounces of pull will work in BR as long as it will mount in the actions hanger and give adequate firing pin fall, be easily adjusted, and be easily cleaned.

I have both Jewels and Bix & Andy triggers on my Competition Rifles. They both work phenomenally well, I consider them equal in performance.

Well Jackie I have two Jewell's and everyone up here says GET A BIX and ANDY. But until they come up with a trigger that is the same as the Jewell but cost the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm testing triggers. Own most everything.... but not a Diamond.

What possible use is a 4oz trigger?

to find that you don't already have? Just curious why folks keep looking for the Falcon is all.

BTW, a friend has had problems with his B&A failing in a match under a 30 BR.

Pete, I don't expect anything.... in fact my first question entering into this was "why?"

Why all the triggers?

I'm finding all sorts of differences,

and some things all same same.

First thing is..... we've an embarrassment of riches

when we can get them :)

would be interested in a rundown of what you think, pro and con, about the various triggers you have and will or have tried. In the meantime I'll stick with Jewell :)
