I want to keep the same torque on my action screws and barrel tension screw on my newly purchased Win 52B Sporter. I need to purchase a small torque wrench but I have no idea what range I should purchase. Anyone out there able to give me a ballpark range I should be looking at?
Thanks,
Richard

Usually it's in the 45 to 65 inch pounds range as i remember.
I hope this helps you some what.

wrench

Use allan head screw's, and a long handled allan wrench. You soon will be able to check by feel, plus save a lot of money

I have (And like) Brownells Magna-Tip Torque Handle. A bit more expensive than others (Utica for example), but it also has a larger adjustment range- 10 - 70 inch pounds in 1 inch increments. Easy to adjust, easy to read, easy to use.

Cheers,

Mark
