The haz-mat fee has nothing to do with capitalism or free enterprise, it's actually from our wonderfull govt, or more specifically the Dept. of Transportation.
Just another regulation to keep us safe,,,,,,,,you know,,,,,do it for the children :(
It's not only powder and primers, but most all flammable chemicals as well.
If you'd like an exact reference, I'll check with my shipping guy tomorrow.

"Where are we going and why am I in this basket?"

Many years ago when I had people convinced I was actually gainfully employed I had to order a pound of activated charcoal. It arrived via the brown truck in a huge box, that contained a huge glass jar about 1/4 full of the product. Oh yes the hazardous shipping charge applied too. Charcoal can burn ya know!!!

Poor Francis, my religious and ethical beliefs hardly ever keep me from saying what I think about anyone or anything. Might explain why I'm usually in hot water somewhere or the other.

Back to part two:

Do any of youse guys know of a shop my friend, who lives in the extreme NE corner of Indiana, could reasonably drive to to buy a pound of N-133? Even if it might be a Shooter who could spare him a bit to try in a rifle he wants to try it in?

Thanks,

Pete
