Sierra 300 AAC Blackout MatchKing 125 gr. bullets

Martin
I have. They shoot pretty fair. I might not choose to take them to a match, but they did shoot pretty good. Try them out! Sell them if you dont like them. Lee

I know sierra made them on a Match king jacket. Usually when Sierra does this it a very good bullet.
I'm hopeing to try a box in my 30 br.

The sierra 125 OTM is 1.153 inches long. It may work with a 17 twist but an 18 probably won't stabilize it.

Same true for the 135gr MK (17 twist)........ Amazing accuracy for a mass produced bullet.

Martin, if you're interested only in off-the-shelf 'big box' bullets try some 125 gr. Speer TNT's (available in 500 ct pks), Nosler 125 Ballistic Tips and Hornady 110 VMax'es. -Al

Picture of a line up of the usual suspects:

I got a sample of them from Carrol at the NRA convention. These are long and need a fast twist to stabilize - longer than the 135 gr MatchKing, flat base, looks like a final point up operation to make a very small HP. I'm going to try some in 17" and 14" twist barrels.

Regards,
Ron
