Salvaging an older controller

I got a 2hp cuttler hammer controller for free. I'm trying to get it to work so that I can setup a small shop in the garage. So far I have been unable to find a manual or guide on this unit. There's very little info online. I found a controller that closely matches but from a different vendor, not cuttler hammer. What is the model number?
Cutler Hammer is now under Eaton so maybe try someone who sells Eaton VFD’s

AFM1410B is the Cutler Hammer model number.

That is an old clunker.
Probably with older style transistors in the final output stages.
The actual transistor style changed years ago to reduce the DC power the final stages had to 'waste.'
IGBT (insulated-gate bipolar transistor) devices came into use.

The newer units are a lot smaller and faster (electronically).

ANother advantage is they are not as rough on bearings from stray currents.
