It great brass already set in ppc The brass is a bit thinner in the neck so it's easier to turn for a tight neck.
The only draw back is this it has a balloon head { less brass in the base} Be careful with ultra hot loads

If it's Sako .220 Russian brass then it has the balloon head. If it's the 6 PPC USA or .22 PPC USA brass, then it doesn't have the balloon head. You never did have to worry about getting a click at the top of the bolt stroke with the Sako .220 Russian brass. The primer pocket would go before you reached that point on charge weights. Typical velocity with the Sako .220 Russian brass in a 6 PPC was around 3250 to 3300 fps.

The SAKO 220 Russian brass was great brass at the time but like Mike said, the primer pockets gave up quickly if you had a magic load in excess of it's capabilities. I remember that rail gun barrel I had that shot so well using those cases. At 2000+ shots I retired the barrel and held a ceremony for those 20 cases at the trash can in Reidsville.
