Ruger 10/22 Target Rifle - Action Plating

While cleaning action of my Ruger 10/22 rifle I have noticed action cleaning solvents are softening clear coat applied to action exterior.

Is there someone out there that can anodize a Ruger 10/22 action?

If not, is there a action cleaning solvent that cuts through powder fouling without softening clear coat applied to action exterior?

I did a search for companies that does aluminum anodizing and more specifically on firearms, and was not successful.

Does any one have a recommendation from experience on a company that does aluminum anodizing on firearms?
