Powder selection for year round consistency?

How do the following powders stack up as far as metering consistency, temperature insensitivity, and ease of tuning a load?

For 42gr Calhoon DBL HP 223R loads
Hodgdon H322
Accuarate Arms 2015 BR
Alliant Reloader 10x
Hodgdon Benchmark
Ramshot X-Terminator

For 52gr Speer HP (non-match) or 55gr NBT
IMR 8208 XBR
Ramshot TAC
Hodgdon H4895

These loads will be used in a suppressed 16.5” 1:9 223R boltgun.
Winchester brass, Wolf 223 primers, Redding type S dies, Harrels measure.
I am not as concerned about reaching top velocities as I am with finding a load that is easy to tune and maintains that tune year round with a minimal amount of fuss.

I have a Kreiger barrel on my AR15. 1:13 twist. I shoot 52 & 53 gr. bullets because of the twist.

IMR 4198, Hodgdon H4198 work fine as does Varget. But yours is another matter. Again why so light a bullet?

I gave H4198 a try but it does not meter nearly as well as Benchmark, TAC, or some of the smaller/shorter grain powders. I do like the faster burn rate of the H4198. I just wish it metered better. I don't want to have to throw and trickle every charge.

I am hoping that the 42gr Calhoon DBL HP at 3000-3400fps leaves smaller holes in expensive bobcat hides than the 52gr Speer (1-1.5”holes) or 55gr NBT (1.5-2.0” holes)

The faster 1:9 twist rate does seem to kill a little better than the slower 1:12-14's I have shot. But this may just be in my head.
 
Year round consistancy

IMR 8208 XBR is the least sensitive to temperature change,than all the powders.The small cube size of the grains,go through all types of measures almost as well as Ball power.It's
burn rate falls between Benchmark and H4895.
 
I ran out of room in the case with IMR 8208 XBR (lot # 4773) with 52 grain bullets ( in a 28" 1-14 Hart AR-15). I got velocity up to 3500 FPS with no pressure signs. I think it's too slow for light bullets.
