poi movement in load development 300 win mag

i have run my numbers on 2 different tools, jbm and quickload.
you are doing something way wrong.
with your numbers i could never shoot at 2000 yards.
i do shoot at 2000 yards and actually hit a target ( 5 shot group and score )
you are putting in something somewhere wrong

Run YOURE numbers again dodo.

And recalibrate your finess smartass!!!!

.

so back to the range this morning.
exact same loads in the same brass,
plus 5 sighter loads.
brand new expensive competition tasco 4-16x !!!!
bore sighted and a couple of shots at 40yards,
then three sighters at 100 with a little adjusting
then shot three 3 shot groups at 100(vs 200 last week)
point of impact very close to each point of aim.
small group of the three loads was a nice 0.320.
so the brand new nightforce scope is bad or the
105 moa ivey rings are an issue. will get some 30 mm rings
and see what happens with the nf scope without the ivey rings.
( again no noticeable wind...it was not the wind)

step 2
back to the range with the nightforce 12-42x mounting in
std rings.
zeroed at 40 yards, then out to 200 with a couple to zero there.
then 4 three shot groups, all tracked, no weird right movement.
no wind.
so by elimination, it "appears" that the ivey rings are the issue.
these are designed to pivot the scope on the front base by a tapered
screw on the rear base. i had no issues til this single event. anyone
with any history on these rings ? (150 moa, not the current rings)
bases were not loose.
so why the 2,4,8 inch right movement of groups ?
