Is this a common problem with this model when new? Or is there some sharp areas that need polishing in the receiver? Since I plan to reload for this gun that's not something I like to see on my casings. Any tips to safely, polish or lap etc. the receiver to cure this problem would be greatly, appreciated Thanks. :)

Single load into the chamber and extract, any scratches? Load one in the magazine and push forward on bolt till it pops free of the magazine rails, do not chamber, any scratches? Single load into chamber, fire, and extract, any scratches? Do all those tests and perhaps you will find the problem area so it can be fixed.

Cut your ejector spring a half a coil or a lil more shorter, that should take care of it.
The cases will still clear the action when ejecting and they should pile up right next to the rifle when bench shooting instead of 6 fet away.
