Who makes the most accurate throw..I need to buy one.

I like my chargemaster and am impressed with how accurate it is, for the job that it does. All my loads are verified on an MX123/Sartorius.

Niel Jones makes the best powder measure by far, but are expensive.
 
powder throwers are very dependent on your technique and the powder being thrown.
oem 8208 throws around plus or minus .05...
imr 8208 throws around plus or minus .09
n133 throws around plus or minus .2 with excursions to .3
