Need HELP finding a Sako L46 extractor

Are these extractors still available ? The L461 will not work. Does anyone know where one can be found?
The Sako Vixen .222 is just a beautiful lamp post without one.

The Zastava M85 uses a similar action to the early Sako...we have ordered extractors for Zastavas that fitted the Sako.

Early Sako extractors

The early L46, L461 Sako Extractors were made of round Steel Spring stock with a notch cut in it and bent (a little) so it would stay put in the bolt.
