Need Help ......223 Load for 62gr. SS109 Bullets

I have some SS109 Bullets i got for .08 cents apiece and i'm using XMR2015/CCIBR4 and Winchester Brass
with these 62 gr. bullets so far not the greatest groups average 1 to 2 inches with flyers.
Anyone have some suggestions??????
 
Are these bullets "pull downs" or are they brand new? If they are not damaged, they should do better than that but they will never be match grade.

Tell us a little more about how you are trying to use them. What was the mean velocity and StDev for your load (how many did you test for a group statistic?)?

How long did you load them?

Charge weight and uncertainty?

In what rig did you shoot them? (Chamber type, bbl length, twist, etc.)

We need to figure out if the ammo you made is the problem, or if it isn't compatible with what you are shooting it in, just for starters.
 
I think the twist rate is going to be the issue here, they're pretty long bullets - with the steel perpetrator in the nose they are made for short range combat not match shooting
what range are those groups shot at?
