#1 I DO “NOT” MAKE A RED CENT OFF OF ANY OF THESE PICTURES. IF I ASK YOU FOR MONEY IT IS TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ONLY.
#2 I take pictures, and copy them out of books, have them sent to me, whatever way possible, and for that I apologize.
#3 The pictures that I have, 2570 so far, are labeled with the person being pictured.
#4 The pictures are “AVAILABLE” to any N.B.R.S.A. club that has, and uses, the means to display these pictures. The only range, that I am aware of, is KELBLY’S in Ohio and these pictures are displayed the week prior, and during SS. Hopefully, Jim will back me on that, EH!
#5 Pictures are of the shooter’s and their wives or husbands, I figure you may be shooting but your wife or husband has to bare the brunt of what you did, in my case, it is losing all of the time.
#6 WHY? Well these pictures are 1 of many things, to keep this sport going.
If you recognize any of these pictures? Let me know, Wilbur has already said that he will give me a separate column to keep this thing going, but I do not want to prevail of Wilbur’s generosity. The pictures, and I am thanking people here, are from Ed Watson’s collection, Lowell Hottenstein, Wilbur, Audrey, (but she does not know it yet), Tommy McKee, Jim Kelbly, George Kelbly Jr, Jackie Schmidt, JC Braconi, Lee Martin, and whoever I have not mentioned, but will in all cases, I think. When I ask these people to supply names, they do, without question. Now I keep 7 copies of the pictures, 2 on my mainframe, 1 on my laptop, 2 flash drives, I make sure that Jim has a copy, and I have a main backup, if the house was to burn down I would lose about 3 or 4 copies of the pictures. And I backup whenever there is a new picture. Now, the criterion, I prefer color pictures, but will take anything. There must be names attached to the pictures, but I will put the names on. Facial pictures preferred, but, I have the means to crop and name. If you have a picture that you want to send me? Send an Email and I will let you know if I have the picture of the shooter. If they shoot BENCHREST? SCORE or GROUP AT 100, AND 200yds, They are eligible. I have a lot of U.S. shooters, Foreign, and Canadian.
