Great shooting Jerry! The Eliseo Tubegun is an amazing little machine - and the driver is no slouch either!

NBRSA Nationals

Congrats Jerry! Now you have a 1000 BR and a 600 BR National Championship under your belt. I love it when the sling shooters get it done. It looks like you wind reading skills in the score competition really brought it home.

Great job,
Jim Hardy

Thanks guys

German,
It is the same rifle that you and Pete beat me at the Berger bullet SW nationals a couple of weeks ago in the three 600 yard prone matches. I changed bullets to the 108s with great results.
Jerry

Congrats

Jerry did a stellar job of reading the wind and mirage as did Pete White and Craig St Claire.

I would also like to say a huge thank you to Ed Eckhoff who always runs a clean and fun match. My father and I did very poorly but the guys at the match and Ed always make it an enjoyable match no matter what.

It was also great to see Craig St Claire and his girlfriend put on a couple lunches for the shooters and Don Nielson supplied a huge trophy for this match and the 1,000 yard nationals as well.

You guys are the best of the best and the match is always enjoyable for my father and myself to attend even if we didn't do as well as hoped.A more helpful bunch of shooters would be hard to imagine.
Thank You!!!!!!
Lynn and Lynn Jr

Congrats to Jerry and all! Sounds like a great group of people!! Wish I could have at least dropped in to check it out.

Dennis

Thanks

Besides Ed for running a great match, we thank Gary for scoring, Jim for stats, Bob Craig Stu And the local guys that helped.

And a big thank you for Lynn for getting the prizes together.

What a great match except for the three shots that went off paper. Don

The cartridge is much closer to a Dasher than a BRX. It has a short neck and a 40-degree shoulder. For all intents and purposes, it's a 6 Dasher, Jerry tells me.

Match photos and video are available here:

Yep... while some other guys were head down and "runnin", Jerry was watching that big red flag. It was (sometimes) clocking faster than you could finish a string.

I would like to thank all who made the Nationals possible as well! Ed, Bob Dorton, Jim, Gary, Stu, Greg, and Craig. With out your hard work and dedication to our passion it would not happen. And a special thanks to Lynn and Lynn Sr. for getting all of the prizes that they did. A first class match. thank you, Ron Tilley

Ron shot really well in the match and his 260 Ackley looks like a winner. Photos of his cartridge and Leonard-stocked rifle were posted today, along with an interview with Ron.
