More new Kelbly KLP stock pics

For those that asked about the recoil lug that Stan Ware does on the Panda's, Vipers, etc...here's a pic. It's dovetailed in and the bottom of the lug has two Allen headed cap screws up into the reciever body...I put a bit of blue Dykem on it, then acetoned it off so you can just see the dovetail joint a bit better. The photo angle doesn't show it well, but the front of lug is back about .015 from the front of the reciever.

The pillars are a bit different as they use 82 degree heads on the action screws. I counterbored and recessed them for the screws, then lapped the screws to the contact area of the pillars with a bit of thinned down valve grinding compound, followed by a finish lapping with JB paste. The rear pillar is .625 and recessed deeply for this special rear screw that the trigger guard screws into. This eliminates the trigger guard from having any influence of the bedding, as it just screws into the rear screw. Below the threaded area for the guard scew is an Allen head recess for snugging down the rear screws as normal. By using the 82 degree screws, there's a 4X plus increase in the screw/pillar clamping area, as compared to 'normal' action screws.
