I usually start at 33.6gr at jamb. Work your way up 3 tenths of a grain at a time 3 rounds at a time. 34.5 to 34.8 grains seems to be a sweet spot for 112 or 118 BIB 7-ogives. It usually produces 3030-3060 Fps out of a 21.5 inch bbl.

+ 1 on the velocity. BIB 112 and 118's love 3030-3050 fps.
What I usually do, Regardless of the powder, is set a chronograph up and load it till it hits in the low 3000 range, and go a little up from there untill it really tightens up. Odds are, the charge will be around 34.4 to 34.8.
