Looking for a BulzEyePro magnifier

It appears that the gentleman who makes and sells them is not answering his phone or emails. Any help in finding one for a customer of mine would be appreciated!

A slip on or threaded model will work. Pretty much any magnification factor.

41mm OD on the eyepiece.
Thread pitch is M37x0.075mm
Fits most March scopes.
