Saturday June 9 and Sunday June 10 we will be hosting the Va. state IR-50/50 match. We will be shooting yards on Saturday and meters on Sunday. I will have the gate open by 7:00 am both days. Drinks will be available both days and we will have sandwiches and chips for lunch on Saturday. After the match on Saturday we will move the targets back to 50 meters so those who want to can zero their rifles and practice. I will have the range open for practice at noon on Friday till 4:00 pm. The ARA match will be setting up at 4 and their match will begin at 6. They will be shooting a 4 target sporter match. If anyone has questions about the ARA match please contact Robert Varney at 423-323-7880.

Does this really mean "no practice for IR 50 State match after 4 PM Friday"?

I plan on coming, hopefully nothing will go wrong between now and then to prevent it.
That's great that an ammo vendor will be there! Always need more ammo:)

Thanks for the work putting on the match, was very well run, as always. Devin and I had a good time and look forward to coming back again.
Congrats to all of the winners, and I hope to see all of you guys at Blue Ridge next Saturday, and we'll do it again!
 
We had a great weekend of shooting and I enjoyed seeing everyone. Thanks to everyone that pitched in and helped out I really appreciate the help. Special thanks to Wallace Putnam's wife, she doesn't shoot but boy can she cook. Looking forward to seeing everyone next time.
