Just wanted to say I really enjoyed the articles in the magazine this month. Hopefully more shooters with the knowledge of the writers will send in more like that. Thanks so much for yalls time for doing that. Jim, Glen and Walt.
Also liked the short article about the first world benchrest championship that was held in 1991.
Don't get me wrong I love seeing the match reports (especially when I see my name) I have kept all the magazines with my name in them over the years. Of course the stack isn't as big as I would like but having articles makes it seem like more of a magazine. Just my opinion. Thanks again and hope to see more.

It would be great to see George and or Randy write up an article on bullets making. I think the way of doing things has changed some since the articles back in the PS magazine

Tim - Give an example of what's changed if you don't mind. Boat tail bullets is one thing (not really a change) but is there other stuff?

I've read tons of stuff on bullet making.
One thing I think has changed is core seating pressure. Most of the stuff I've read from years ago was to seat the core till the jacket was on the verge of popping or until it popped then back off a little
Another is bleed by. Seems like all the older stuff says you want no bleed by at all.

I don't think that is the norm for today. It may just apply to boat tails but I don't think stressing the jacket to that point is common practice now
I could be wrong tho. Maybe it never was!

I think you're right about that core seating pressure deal. When the jacket gives way to pressure the core was seated a while back. While I don't think a better, or worse, bullet is made by stretching the jacket a bit, it's just wasting something or other that doesn't need wasting.
