J-4 Jackets

I've been trying to contact Berger to order some 30 cal one inch J-4 jackets, I have not had any luck reaching them by phone or e-mail. Has anyone else had a problem contacting them, or have a special phone# to call other then the one listed on their web page?
I know of one other person around here that is having the same problem.
