Getting back to the Skip Otto rail
What is lost all too often about the Otto design is the fact that it is an underslung low rider. His is a very stable rig.
If Skip was around today I would tell him we had three inches of snow fall on Monday and that the temperature this morning is/was 17 degrees. To that he'd respond,"Good. Serves you right for living there"! I miss that guy.
