Will have an indoor Airgun Benchrest match this Sat. June 1, at noon. Bench drawing and setup any time after 11:00.

$5.00 for an afternoon of talking and shooting Airguns. Will have a spare rest and gun for anyone to use.

Targets will go towards the USA score line.

I have my Chip Smith SUMO not sure if it will be ready to shoot in competition but will let people play with it. Have it in a Dawson stock so is WAY over weight. Still waiting on the Benchmark Barrel? With the scores Todd is shooting with the Rock Creek barrel might have to order one.

See you Sat. June 1 around 11:00 A.M.

Paul,

I'll be there, but will shoot only if you do, even if it means 2 relays! No more of this having you just doing the scoring. We're there for the same reason, especially this month, to get tuned up for Todd's big show in 4 weeks.

See you on Saturday,

Dave

Dave, I will be shooting. Last match I had a bunch of things to do before going to Maine that afternoon. Plus the club needed both ranges at 2:00 for a class. So one line worked out great.

Will see how the Steyr works for HV. And will use the EV-2 or MPR-FT. For LV. At the Regional.

Not sure using the SUMO or STEYR for the 50 meter?

You guys do realize that the conditions at Salem might be just a little bit different than the indoor range at Holbrook, right?:D I probably won't make it out to Holbrook, but I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone here at the North East Regional!

Paul,

I plan to be there Sat. I would also like to shoot in 2 classes HV and LV if there is time/space without stopping you from shooting. Todd the only difference that I can see is no corn in the background!

Todd,
That stock is going to work. Might try to bed it as the front 1/3 of the action isn't touching anything.
Not sure of the weight but it weights more than my 5 year old Grandaughter!

See you at Salem!

Mark I am sure you will be able to shoot two classes.

Paul,

As long as we'll get done before midnight, I'll probably shoot both as well. I'm in the process of changing my MFP back to .177 and would like to give it a workout before deciding if it will stay that way for Salem??? Not necessary though if there isn't time as I'll also be giving it a workout outdoors at my range before then.

Paul,
Glad the stock will work. I know it probably looks a little funny with the Sumo in it. Rick stuck his Sumo in that little maple stock he made for his LV Dawson:eek:

Not so much corn to look at this time Mark, or eat for that matter. An unfortunate side effect of holding the match early this year is it'll be about 3 weeks before the first sweet corn is ready around here:( We'll just have to eat more MEAT to make up for it!
