Help with my Feinwerkbau 150

My 150 has suddenly started printing 3" low at 10 m and it sounds like the pellet takes a long time to get to the target. Who can either guide me through a repair, or undertake such a repair?

Thanks for the advice. The rifle has been sent to Pilkington for repair. In the mean time, I found a well-used Anschutz 2002 CA for a good price and upgraded. My, what a difference!

as said be sure that rifle (Anschutz 2002) has a pressure regulator.
