H&R M12 question.

I posted this on the H&R forum also.

I'm trying to mount a Viani scope mount on one of my M12's and am having difficulty identifying the fasteners that are holding the base on.

The fasteners have a round hole withwhat looks like a start shape in the bottom.

What kind of tool do I need to remove these fasteners?

Thanks

From what I could see, they look like Low-Head socket head cap screws. If that is the case, an allen wrench is what you need. Could be metric or standard. Make sure the business end of the wrench is in good condition or you'll booger up the head right quick!
