I have a new 6mmBR and was wondering should i use a FL die or a neck die ?
I plan on a bushing style die, the chamber has a 269 neck.
And plan on shooting the BiB 95 when i find some...

Mate you will get lots of differing opinions on this one...

In my 6BR i only FL size when cases become tight to chamber, other wise I just neck size using a redding Bushing neck sizer die.
My accuracy load is 31 Gns of AR-2208 (Varget) over a CCI BR primer shooting the Berger 95 gn VLD with Mv's arround 2920. This is a mild load in my rifle and I have had 8 loadings from a set of match preped Lapua cases and as yet have had no need to FL size. There is Almost no change in length and primer pockets are still very firm.

Others will say they like to bring the cases back to the same dimentions for every firing by FL sizeing however i don't think this acheives much other than to overwork the brass and increase the chance of case runout. JMHO...

Resize every time.

Done properly there is no downside. I can size a case 50 times and see no case growth, no donuts, no cracking, no runout, no nuttin'...................... just consistent feel shot to shot. NOW, the trick here is FITTED DIES!!! You CANNOT do this by ordering a set of "6 BR Dies" off the rack from some manufacturer. The die must be made for YOUR chamber.........It's like buying a suit..... can you just call the suit store and say "I'm 6ft tall and 200lb, send me a suit?"

I can't recommend necksize-necksize-necksize-RESIZE-necksize-necksize etc because that RESIZE firing doesn't feel or shoot the same as the necksize only firings.

Benchrest is about consistency. If you necksize only you will have to full length size eventually or brass will get tight. If you FL size but only a minimal amount each time your results will be more consistent.
