Tpende are you a big dude or what? You say a 10 Lb rifle in 223 had a jump? Unlikely your a NFL linemen. Have you thought of a muzzle brake? I put one on a 300RUM and it did wonders including sounding like a Atom bomb when i pulled the trigger.
