Ever seen an RCBS die like this?

I think it is a primer pocket swaging die but I'm not sure. Or maybe a priming die? I haven't located the parts that go to the ram yet so I don't know. RCBS is stamped on the face under the shell holder. Any ideas?

I've never seen one from RCBS, but it looks like the primer pocket swagers that CH4D makes.

Yep it looks EXACTLY like a CH4D but it's not. Hmmmmm.

My first reloading press, a home made affair, like the C&H H style took this type adapter to hold modern shell holders...1957!

That is what came with the RCBS A-4 press for seating primers!

If that is the press I'm thinking of.....it's been a long time since I've seen one. Is the A-4 that monster size press from about the early 80's that had the 3 jaw shell holder? Like I said....It's been a long time ago.

Looks like the RCBS Big Max came with that part? Ram Priming Unit . May be others, i didnt look.
