Jerry,
Thanks for getting this shoot together, and congrats on winning the Unified Title. I have to say, shooting Saturday was SOOOOO much easier than Sunday. :)

The trophies you had made for this were GREAT!!! I took a pic of mine, and I hope you don't mind me posting them here. They look great.

Jerry's shooting on Sunday was quite a feat of marksmanship. The conditions were some of the toughest I have ever seen. To fully appreciate it, let me describe what happened during the 5th match at 200 yards. I shot a sighter during a right to left pickup to see how much hold I might need in that condition, but mainly just out of curiosity to see what the wind was worth. Well,it was worth 5 points ON RECORD TARGET NO. 1! So, curiousity killed the cat ... my score for the yardage, the day and the weekend.

That had to be a shocker! Sounds fun.
We just had switchy to 20 MPH at Sac > you know the usual.
Keep em on the target. Nice trophies! and some bullets too.

But how many of you know that Jerry is a right handed shooter and he shot left handed all weekend due to his shoulder injury... I would say that is better than great.. My hats off to him and to Curtis for shooting well....

Doug,

Your absolutely right! I forgot to mention that Jerry was shooting left handed while putting on a clinic. I also failed to mention how well you and Curtis both shot on Sunday in the gale force winds. Well done!

I don't know what got into that PPC but it stayed shooting well all day. All I did was change the neck tension and drop back on the 133 to 28.3 and let er rip. I will say that it was not easy to shoot that head wind on Sunday and keeping them anywhere near the 10 ring was sure a chore. It was a good time and also a learning shoot for reading gail force winds. Ha Ha I was watching the show "The Deadliest Catch" last night and the wind reminded me of Sunday....

FINE shoot'n Jerry, Dave and Wes..!!!

Wished I too coulda made it................. Work work.........
