Thanks Ms. Lisa we had two shooters at our club use some of these type rifles at our last match. I had the pleasure of meeting you and Joe at Frog Level. He showed me a new build he had with a mesquite wood stock and some turquoise inlay. Absolutely beautiful.

Accuracy

What's the expected/typical accuracy?

They have shot in the 1,2,3's

Depending on the ammunition,conditions,and experience of the shooter.
When I test a gun out for a customer I use the ABRA Target and the ARA
Target. I expect a 195 or better on ABRA, and 2100 on ARA.

If I can achieve these with decent condition and solid ammo i call it good.

Then I leave it up to the shooter to find ammo for his firearm and learn his
gun.

That's awesome. Especially for a semi auto! I might get one of those. Do you have a Benz chamber on these guns?

Question was ask on accuracy of these ABRA Douglas barrel guns. I have shot mine twice. First time out shooting Eley Match 1062fps. 1st group was first day shooting gun.

I shot one bullet at center of x that was left hanging a couple of benches over. I have no doubt this gun will shoot score very well. But I am just a group shooter.

What's the expected/typical accuracy?

Hello Kevin,
My Chacon rifle on the USBR "Green Monster" shoots in the mid 240s reliably, rarely bellow 245 on the IR 50/50, and mid 190s on the ABRA. I use Lapua Center-X or Midas+, and shoot outdoors at 50 yards at my local range off rickety wooden benches with home made wind flags. Mostly what I know about shooting I learned over the phone talking with Joe so that should tell you it's the gun and certainly not the shooter....
