Rick Ingraham and I spent the weekend at the CT. Air Gun Show with a display of our Dawsons, Rick's EV-2, our rests, a couple of wind flags and some targets. This photo was taken before the doors opened this morning:

It was my first time at an airgun show and I can honestly say I had a great time! Rick and I talked to a lot of people that stopped to check out our gear and I think we just might see some of them at a match sometime, possibly even the East Coast Regional in August. The table directly behind us was manned by Larry and John (sorry, didn't catch their last names), the organizers of the Baldwinsville Air Gun Show near Syracuse, NY, and they invited us to come set up one of our portable benches at their show July 20-21 where we'll actually be able to let people shoot our guns at 25m. I'll be on vacation during that show but Rick is hoping to be able to set that up. We've also been invited to hold an actual match at next years Baldwinsville show. Talk about an opportunity to get the sport into the air gun public's eye!!

All in all, it was a very successful trip and I'm looking forward to doing it again next year!

A Public Thank You

We always try to thank those folks that go above and beyond to help things in this sport progress. The tireless efforts of match directors, the shooters and talented craftsmen like Chip Smith and Gordon Dawson.

Todd Banks, Rick, Paul and Dave and anyone else I have left out that participated in this event, thank you. We need to find ways to promote our small corner of the world and this was a super idea. Coming from members of Team USA from last summer makes this even more special.

Sounds like it was success guys. Sorry I didn't make it, I had planned on coming down today but life got in the way.

Rick & Todd,
I belive Larry Behling runs the Baldwinsville Show and Shoot. Not sure of John's last name.
Was that an M-Rod Todd kept picking up?

It was a great show and there seemed to be plenty of interest in our little corner of the sport. And you talk about easy to get to. You literally get off the highway, at the end of the ramp turn onto Deerfield Street, drive less than a mile and turn into the parking lot. I had a great time and only wish life hadn't gotten in my way so that I could have stayed a little longer. Had a good talk with both Larry and John and hope to make it to their show next year, especially if we'll be able to do some shooting. Good job all the way around.

Todd, Rick, Thanks for promoting our sport in such a Grand fashion at the CT Show. We could not have had better representation of either people or equipment, sorry I was not able to attend.
