That sounds great, but the reality is as follows.
I recently sent a letter to my ATT. General, ( the top cop in Wisconsin), and informed him the local "citizens" on commitees at city hall were considering a ban on CC on ALL city properties, meaning parks, all the land along the lake front, ( lake Michigan), and any/all land/property the city owns.
His kind response said the state had no control over local ordinances. It would have to be invoked by the legislature. You have enough wisdom to know that one person cannot get this done. It takes NUMBERS.
These "ordinary " citizens , many of them women, are given a tiny bit of power at city hall and it goes to their head.
