RCGC will be hosting our next club match of the year on Saturday, Sept 28th. This match will be for Group at 100 yards.

Classes are available for Benchrest, Modified, and factory rifles.

Season trophies will be awarded at our last match in October.

You do NOT have to be a club member to participate.

There was a light turnout for the match probably due to weather. They had good weather but as everyone knows much of western North Carolina was destroyed in the storm. We offer our hopes and prayers for all the people affected by it. We had 13 shooters for the match, group at 100 yards. The weather was good with a little bit tricky conditions. My good friend Ken Eades carried the banner for the ppc( 30 Brs had won both previous group matches) for the win with a 0.2322 agg. 2nd place was Larry Fisher( his first match) with a 0.2640 agg. 3rd was Dick Powers with a 0.2840 agg. 4th was John Whorley with a 0.2856 agg(lone 30 br in top 5) 5th was Cuz'n Roy Darnell with a 0.2936 agg. There is one more match to determine the season championship. It will be a battle between the 30s and the 6s for the title. Thanks to all that came to shoot and to all that helped with the match.
 
10- 26- 2024 9am start 200yd group match. That will be the last one of the season. They usually start back in March and shoot the 4th saturday of the month. We alternate between score and group.
