Any one know where to get a carbide neck bushing for 30BR, .324?

Try Benchrite. They're good folks and I got a .263 from them a while back - $40 plus $4 shipping.

I bought mine from Bud Mundy. Sometimes he has them in stock, otherwise he will order them for you.

I have carbide bushings for my 6PPC, 30BR & 6Dasher.
