Best motels while attending the St Louis ARA Nationals

I am making plans to go down and shoot the ARA nationals in Sept., and would like to know where some of the( better ) motels are, near the gun club? Thanks. DJB in Wi

I've used the Super 8 in Warrenton for the past ten years.

Do a motel search for Warrenton, MO. There are several but the vast majority stay at the Super 8, its also closest to the gun club (by maybe a mile or so). I suspect it is sold out by now tho. 636 456-5157 for the Super 8. bob

Bets Western in Foristell is where we usually stay when we shoot in St. Louis it is about 10 minutes from the range.

Thank you all for the replys. I did look to see what is available in the area, but unless you stay in them, you do not know what they are really like. I am looking for a clean, reasonably priced motel near restaurants and of course close to the range.. Thanks DJB in Wi

Super 8 in Troy is clean and price good. That is where my wife and I are staying. Stayed there last year. Good resteraunts close by also. About 15 min from range. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info John C....I called the Warrenton Super 8 last night, and they still have rooms available. I will keep all this info on file so if I go again, I will know which motels to check out. Thanks to those who gave me the needed info. DJB in Wi

We usually stayed at the Best Western in Foristell. Never a problem. Clean room, warm shower.
