BAT SV or S for dasher

I am gathering components to build a 6 Dasher and I was thinking of getting a BAT SV with a dual port. This rifle will be a 1000 yd. LG without a bbl. block. I have a HV contour bbl. on the way that I want a finish length of 27"-28". Would hanging that bbl on the 1.365" SV be less than ideal? The price difference between the SV an S 1.55" RD is a bit but I will spend it if the SV is too light for what I'm building. I will be ordering a Kelbly 1 M to bed it into once I decide for sure which action I want. I hope I covered all of the pertinent details of the rifle. Thanks for any advice.

If you definitely want the short both throw of the S or SV action, I would suggest a SB action in 1.55 inch round. It is actually 7.5 inches long, but with the same short bolt throw of the 6.5 inch actions (SV and S). The SB has a 1 inch shroud in front of the action to add to the bedding surface. Look at BAT's websight.
